Help us protect the whales! Only go whale watching with authorized boats or companies for this activity. They have the experience and obligation to follow the Mexican Whale Watching Regulation NOM-131-SEMARNAT-2010

Boats and/or Companies Authorized by SEMARNAT to do Whale Watching activities in Banderas Bay, Jalisco-Nayarit, from December 8, 2011 to March 23, 2012

This year SEMARNAT gave out white flags with SEMARNAT logo and a humpback whale, so you can easily identify the boats authorized to do whale watching activities. If the boat does NOT have this flag it means they don't have a whale watching permit.
